Dr. Jayendra Chaturvedi is a results-driven leader with over 20 years of experience across banking, insurance, dairy, transportation, and retail industries. As the CEO of WAVES, he brings a strategic vision to the organization, fostering growth in sports education, coaching, and talent development. His expertise in Human Resources, business operations, and leadership development has played a pivotal role in transforming organizations into sustainable and high-performing entities. Prior to WAVES, he held leadership roles at prominent organizations such as Axis Bank ,TATA AIA ,Transport Corporation with his Last assignment with Paayas Milk Producer Company Limited wherein he was identified as an Key Management Resource Personnel, where he mentored cross-functional teams and implemented operational efficiencies,
He brings a strong foundation in governance and strategic execution. He is Qualified Independent Director (IICA) and a FIDE Arbiter wherein he had a privilege of representing India in Western Asian held at Maldives as Arbiter. Under his able leadership, WAVES continues to expand its reach, empowering individuals through structured programs, competitive platforms, and holistic development initiatives in the field of sports, rural development and education.
With over two decades of leadership experience across banking, services, producer organizations, and social development, Mr. Amrish Joshi is known for driving operational excellence and transformative growth. His academic background in Business Management, Law, and Operational Excellence supports his ability to lead cross-functional teams and implement large-scale projects. Amrish has worked with leading banks and producer companies, and has successfully executed development projects supported by institutions like The World Bank and JICA. He has held senior roles at Paayas Milk Producer Company Ltd., Axis Bank, YES Bank, and HDFC Bank.
As COO at WAVES, Amrish leads key initiatives in both sports promotion and rural development, focusing on sustainable, community-driven solutions. His efforts have been central to organizing international chess tournaments and launching rural education and empowerment programs. By streamlining operations and building strong partnerships, he ensures WAVES continues to empower vulnerable communities while nurturing talent and promoting cognitive and social growth.
CA Vijendra Chaturvedi, with nearly 17 years of experience in Auditing, Risk Management, and Financial Reporting, has served in various key financial roles, including Financial Consultant for WAVES. A Chartered Accountant with an MBA in Project Management, he has a distinguished record of optimizing financial operations and ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks across multiple sectors.
His career highlights include leading overseas financial assignments in countries such as Dubai, China, Zambia, Kenya, and Tanzania, where he successfully managed financial planning, budgeting, audits, and risk management for large-scale projects. These assignments involved overseeing cross-border financial strategies, ensuring adherence to international regulations, and implementing robust financial systems to enhance operational efficiency.Known for his strategic vision, CA Chaturvedi excels in cost management, streamlining accounting systems, and providing insightful financial analysis that drives informed decision-making. His leadership in both local and international financial environments has been instrumental in positioning WAVES and other organizations for sustainable growth.
Mr. Ravi Bajaj is a seasoned HR leader with over 18 years of diverse experience across the dairy, retail, direct selling, and manufacturing industries. He has successfully led core HR functions including industrial relations, statutory compliance, payroll and time office management, recruitment, grievance handling, employee engagement, and training coordination. His deep understanding of labor laws, coupled with hands-on experience in managing employee relations and disciplinary processes, has enabled him to build high-performing and compliant workplace environments.
Ravi holds a Master of Social Work (MSW), a Diploma in Human Resource Development, and a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce. At WAVES, he leads the organization’s human capital strategy with a focus on creating a culture of integrity, inclusion, and performance excellence. Known for his energetic and people-first leadership style, Ravi plays a pivotal role in aligning HR practices with WAVES’s mission to drive meaningful social impact.
Ashish holds a Master of Science in Sports Management from Saint Mary's University, London, and brings over 13 years of experience in the sports field, including as a national-level volleyball player. He has served as captain of his university team and school house, gaining early experience in organizing and supporting multi-sport events. During his time in London/UK, he represented his university in BUCS tournaments-gaining international exposure-and also officiated community volleyball matches.
At WAVES, Ashish contributes to programs that use sports to foster focus, discipline, and cognitive growth among youth. His calm leadership style, hands-on sporting experience, and belief in the positive impact of sports continue to drive his efforts in community empowerment. His personal motto aligns closely with the organization's vision to promote the growth of Indian sports and nurture future talent across communities.
